The DC
Tri Club welcomes triathletes
of all levels from beginners to seasoned

purpose is to provide a community where
D.C. metro area triathletes can meet,
train, and socialize. From training tris,
duathlons, swim meets, time trials and
monthly happy hours, DC Tri works hard
to hold its reputation as a social club
with a training problem. Various training
programs and events work toward helping
triathletes of all abilities meet their
racing goals. If finishing your first
triathlon is your goal, the New
Triathlete Program (NTP) is a structured
training plan designed to give first-time
